Financial Accountant (Former Employee) says

"Salary rate is much lower than the market average. Employee retention rate is very high. Job and life balance is ok. No compensation for working in weekend.Free parkingLow salary"

"Organisation is racing to the bottom of culture and engagement performance metrics. Common practice to say one thing and behave in the opposite way. Routinely held surveys and committed to development programs with no follow through. Managers more focussed on managing up, managing perception than managing the site performance."

Pricing Coordinator (Former Employee) says

"I would have to say a great job, great people. Although, the reason I am looking for work is another restructure and it was my turn to find another job. 5 Manager in 5 years was a company with too many chiefs and wanting to make their mark. They are against part time employees overall leaving the work life balance non existent."

National MRO Inventory Controller (Current Employee) says

"Alot of work is being done from the top to steer IPL in the right direct. Fun and respectful workplace. Decent salary and lifestyle rosters, remote camps were more then adequate"

Former Employee - Manager says

"I worked at Incitec Pivot full-time for more than a year Cons: Lacks direction. Company not staying the course. Weak senior management teams. No development opportunities."

Former Employee - Marketing says

"I worked at Incitec Pivot full-time for more than 3 years Cons: Silo mentality and very political Culture of fear and short term focused, very bottom line driven, without a focus on growth No innovation just reducing head count to make financials look good If you read the last annual report all the redundancy cost to pay people out is under the business improvement section."

Current Employee - Mushroom says

"I have been working at Incitec Pivot full-time for more than 3 years Cons: Geelong operations ruled by dictatorship, soul destroying culture that pushes people to breaking point, management seem to find it pleasurable watching workers go to the wall. They have a rotten culture and the fish rots at the head."

Current Employee - Administration says

"I have been working at Incitec Pivot full-time for more than 3 years Cons: Honestly and integrity are not necessarily rewarded. Personal values difficult to retain in this work climate. Hard to see so many great people leave one after the other."

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"I worked at Incitec Pivot full-time for more than 3 years Cons: Leadership leaves a lot to be desired. Blind ambition, personal agenda's and nepotism are common themes. There is a very strong entitlement culture where the idea of an honest day's work for an honest day's pay is a foreign concept. The tendency to promote from within (or hire family and friends as per the nepotism comment above) and only look within the business itself for "good practice" has allowed the organisation to become stale devoid of imagination or innovation. They talk about the company values a great deal and leadership are more than happy to hold you to them without actually living the values themselves. It is not a walk the talk business but rather a do what I say not what I do business. Overall, I would look elsewhere if your mental health is important to you."

Current Employee - Manager says

"I have been working at Incitec Pivot full-time Cons: Senior leadership lack core capabilities. Indecisive and reactionary."

Current Employee - Corporate says

"I have been working at Incitec Pivot full-time for more than a year Cons: Lack of real analytic and problem solving skills A lot of “not my problem” syndrome Overpaid and lazy senior management Archaic systems and processes Dysfunctional HR and leadership Preach employee engagement but treat people like crap Don’t expect a bonus or increase, but expect more responsibilities year on year as people leave Poor office culture, nobody is interested in social events 2 hour Christmas party on a Tuesday at low budget every 2nd year Work is tedious and boring most days People don’t respect each other, kitchen is filthy an your lunch gets stolen"

Administration says

"I worked at Incitec Pivot Cons: Been working here awhile now, some words for anyone considering a job in Sthbank CEO hardly engages the business Terrible social environment... Mid management are poor leaders not to mention don't socialise lower than their level. A lot of inertia You'll spend more time dealing with poor decisions than you will with making great outcomes. Honestly, you have been warned. Don't assume big pay been autonomy and empowerment."

Does IT Matter? says

"I worked at Incitec Pivot Cons: Raise claims of bullying and the complainer is moved on- it's easier. Don't care about work/life balance."

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"I worked at Incitec Pivot full-time for more than 5 years Cons: Poor Culture Short-sighted in decision making Ruthless employer Aged facilities (safety concern) and doomed future (financially impaired assets)" is a non-profit organization and communications forum for social activism.
